Congratulations to Sauceda Middle School art student Yalenna Vega for earning 3rd Place in the Middle School Category at the 13th Annual Chisholm Trail Art Competition, sponsored by the Donna Museum, for her beautiful piece titled “My Cowgirl Boots.”
We would also like to recognize Yilen Cruz and Roxxy Ibanez, who received Honorable Mentions for their outstanding artwork.
🖼️ The students’ work will also be featured in a write-up by The Monitor, and their artwork will be on display at the Donna Hooks–Fletcher Museum in Donna Tuesday–Saturday during regular hours for the next three weeks.
