Donna ISD Wellness Program is an opportunity to develop healthier lifestyles by supporting activities that support well-being.
At DAEP campus, employees and students relieve some stress with some on-site walking. They reap the benefits of physical, mental, and occupational well-being while getting some fresh air at the end of their work day.
Leading this fitness activity is Coach Onofre Valdez III, who promotes it as a great tool for lowering stress levels and increasing physical and mental performance. “It is a free and fun activity that helps in developing the mind, body, and soul-- supporting an overall healthier lifestyle and well-being.”
Coach Valdez has been a fitness advocate at DAEP for almost 8 years.
