Student and Parent Complaints/Grievances
The Board of Trustees encourages students and/or parents to discuss their concerns and complaints through the informal conferences with the campus principal and/or other district administrator.
If and informal conference regarding a complaint fails to reach the outcome requested by the parent/student, he/she may initiate the formal process described below by timely filing a written complaint form.

Even after imitating the formal complaint process, students/parents are encouraged to seek informal resolution of their concerns. A student/parent whose concerns are resolved may withdraw a formal complaint at any time.
