Due to COV-19 our office is closed to the public until further notice. Request for records may be called in or emailed. You will need to attach a valid photo ID. All requests will be mailed. We look forward to soon be able to attend to our customers in person, but for now we must take care and stay safe.
Requesting Records
We are located at 400 N. Salinas Blvd., Donna, TX 78537 (NE side of W.A. Todd, student drop off area) You must provide a valid photo ID when picking up the requested record. The fee may only be paid in cash (exact amount) or money order. If mailing a request, mail to: Donna ISD, Records Department, 116 N. 10th St., Donna, TX 78537 Records Management Department complies with the Texas State Library & Archives Commission (TSLAC)
