 - Call to leave your full name, date of birth, and request type to place a request and schedule a pickup time.

 Allow 3-7 business days for processing of the request.

 Releasing Record Info
 - Bring a valid photo ID

 - Bring the exact amount of the fee

If the individual is 18 and above we only release requests to the individual they belong to. Any release to anyone besides the individual will need to provide us with an authorization release form.
