• Welcome to the Records Department

    ** The Donna ISD Records Dept. will be destroying Special Education Records that have reached their retention period, and In accordance with the Open Records Policy and Public Information Act, we are giving the public 30 days to request a copy of these records.
    The items scheduled for destruction are the Special Education Records for 2017 Graduates, Inactives, and Withdrawals.
    The public may request copies of their records beginning Dec 5th - Jan 31st
    Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm including lunch hours and our address is 2001 Redskin Ave Donna, TX 78537 **

    You must provide a valid photo ID when picking up the requested record.
     The fee may only be paid in cash (exact amount) or money order.

    Requesting Record Info

    If emailing a request, please include:

     - Valid Photo ID
     - Full Name (as it was during enrollment)
     - D.O.B.
     - Current Phone Number
     - Campus Last Attended w/ the year
     - Purpose of the Request
     - Official (sealed envelope) or Unofficial (hand-off, fax, email)
