This site can be used when minor problems with your computer applications arise, e.g. Grade Book, Microsoft Office, Printing, Email, etc. Online support hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Perform the following steps to start a live web support session:

 

1) Go to http://support.donnaisd.net to access live online tech support.

2) Click on the “Public Area” button 

3) Click on the “Agents” tab

4) Click on “Join Meeting”

5) Enter your name and an e-mail address

6) Start a chat session with a support person
