About Us


The Business and Finance Office is responsible for the direction, management and supervision of all aspects of the receipt, disbursement, reimbursement, investment, control and reporting of the fiscal resources or the Board of Trustees of the Donna Independent School District.  The Deputy Superintendent along with the Chief Financial Officer is also responsible for the development of long term financial plans for the allocation of resources projected for the District.



There are seven major department within the Business & Finance Office: Accounting and Business Services; Accounts Payable; Energy Management; Payroll; PEIMS; Purchasing & Technology.  Each of these departments performs a designated function in the fiscal and business operations and each function flows directly from one to the other.
